HABAKKUK 3:18 NLT
18 yet I will rejoice in the LORD! I will be joyful in the God of my salvation!
To rejoice means to re-joy, or repeatedly en-joy. We are to repeatedly and continually enjoy God and what He has done for us.
PSALM 35:9 GWN
9 My soul will find joy in the LORD and be joyful about his salvation.
Enjoying God means being delighted with Him.
When we enjoy God, and what He has done, we also provide enjoyment for God. For God enjoys you being happy about what He has done for you.
DEUTERONOMY 26:11 ESV
11 And you shall rejoice in all the good that the LORD your God has given to you and to your house, you, and the Levite, and the sojourner who is among you.
Our response to God should not always be limited to just a rational, subdued little response. When we clearly recognize what our wonderful Lord has accomplished for us, at times it should cause us to be overwhelmed with joy!
ISAIAH 61:10 NLT
10 I am overwhelmed with joy in the LORD my God! For he has dressed me with the clothing of salvation and draped me in a robe of righteousness. I am like a bridegroom in his wedding suit or a bride with her jewels.
Don't allow God's great love and redemption to become boring, trivial, or unexciting. Stir yourself up occasionally. Allow yourself to act like you would hearing the Good News for the first time. Go ahead -- jump and shout!

ROMANS 6:23 NLT
23 For the wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life through Christ Jesus our Lord.
Salvation is a word we use for being set free from the effects and the penalty of sin. It includes being delivered from the dominion of the devil. It was purchased for us by Jesus Christ through giving His own life at Calvary, as our substitute.

Salvation is not something you earn, but a free gift from God totally by His grace.
Humans have invented many religions with all kinds of rules, trying to make themselves acceptable to God. But being right with God is not something we can achieve by our own efforts. God loved us so much that He accomplished it for us, and provides it as a free gift available to all who receive Jesus.
The Bible tells us we will be rewarded for the good we do. But it is not by doing good deeds, performing certain rituals, or by keeping a list of rules, that we are saved from sin and its effects. Salvation and having a home in Heaven are not rewards -- they are gifts.
ROMANS 3:21-24 NLT
21 But now God has shown us a way to be made right with him without keeping the requirements of the law, as was promised in the writings of Moses and the prophets long ago.
22 We are made right with God by placing our faith in Jesus Christ. And this is true for everyone who believes, no matter who we are.
23 For everyone has sinned; we all fall short of God's glorious standard.
24 Yet God, with undeserved kindness, declares that we are righteous. He did this through Christ Jesus when he freed us from the penalty for our sins.
You cannot earn salvation and being right with God. You can only receive it as a gift of love from God. It comes in the form of a Divine Person, the Lord Jesus Christ.
Outside of union with Jesus Christ, there is no salvation.
ACTS 4:12 NLT
12 There is salvation in no one else! God has given no other name under heaven by which we must be saved."
EPHESIANS 6:10 NIV
10 Finally, be strong in the Lord and in his mighty power.
No one can successfully argue against the statement, "You are strong in the Lord." It is a given that if you are in the Lord, you are strong. Nothing that is "in the Lord" could be weak.
So the only real question is whether you are "in the Lord.
I JOHN 5:20 NASB
20 And we know that the Son of God has come, and has given us understanding, in order that we might know Him who is true, and we are in Him who is true, in His Son Jesus Christ. This is the true God and eternal life.
2 CORINTHIANS 5:17 NIV
17 Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; the old has gone, the new has come!
The choice is yours. You choose whether to accept Christ and thus be identified as "in Him." God does no force this, you must choose.
EPHESIANS 2:8-10 NASB
8 For by grace you have been saved through faith; and that not of yourselves, it is the gift of God;
9 not as a result of works, that no one should boast.
10 For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand, that we should walk in them.
From Ephesians 2:8-10 we can see that when we are saved through faith, we are created a new IN Christ Jesus. That is our position. So, anyone and everyone who has received Jesus Christ can be said to be legally "in Him" according to the Scripture.
Always remember that your strength is not in your own ability or resources, but your strength is in the Lord. Depend on Hm. He will never fail you. (He probably will test your patience and maybe even let the situation look hopeless, but He will not ever fail you.)
PSALM 27:1 NKJ
1 The Lord is my light and my salvation; whom shall I fear? The Lord is the strength of my life; Of whom shall I be afraid?
HEBREWS 13:5-6 NKJ
5 Let your conduct be without covetousness; be content with such things as you have. For He Himself has said, "I will never leave you nor forsake you."
6 So we ay boldly say: "The Lord is my helper; I will not fear. What can man do to me?"
PSALM 28:8 NIV
8 The LORD is the strength of his people, a fortress of salvation for his anointed one.
SAY THIS: I am strong in the Lord. In the Lord, I am strong, for the Lord is my strength.
The Lord Jesus Christ said the full price for the salvation of your soul. He 'gave himself for our sins,' (Gal. 1:4a). Jesus, the Son of God, 'loved me, and gave himself for me,' (Gal 2:20b). Now because 'by his own blood he entered in once into the holy place, having obtained eternal redemption for us.' there remains no price for us to pay! (Heb. 9:12b). We are 'justified freely by his grace.' (Rom. 3:24a).
"It is finished:" (John 19:30b).
Doing good works cannot save you.
Salvation is "Not of works, lest any man should boast." (Eph. 2:9). God "hath saved us, and called us with a holy calling, not according to our works, but according to his own purpose and grace, which was given to us in Christ Jesus before the world began." (II Tim. 1:9b).
The Bible, God's Word, says, "As it is written, There is none righteous, no, not one:" (Rom. 3:10). "For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God." (Rom. 3:23). Sin is the problem, and even belonging to a church will not take it away. Jesus Christ Himself said, "Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God." (john 3:3b).
As the Bible says, "Therefore we conclude that man is a justified by faith without the deeds of the law." (Rom. 3:28). "For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourself: it is the gift of God:" (Eph. 2:8).
The Bible says, "And as it is appointed unto men to die, but after this the judgement:" (Heb. 9:27). You really don't know for sure how much time is left of your life. "Whereas ye know not what shall be on the morro. For what is your life? It is even a vapour, that appears for a little time, and then vanishes away." (James 4:14). Stay Bless
YOU CANNOT SAVE YOURSELF
The Bible says, "Knowing that a man is not justified by the works of the law," (Gal. 2:16a). It also says, "we are all as an unclean thing, and all our righteousnesses are as filthy rags;" (Gra. 64:6a).
SALVATION IS FREE TO ALL.
The Bible say, "For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved." (Rom. 10:13). The Bible says, "Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinner," (I Tim. 1:15b). For Christ also has once suffered for sins, the just for the unjust, that he might bring us to God," (I Peter 3:18a).
The Bible says, "And the smoke of their torment ascends up forever and ever: and they have no rest day nor night," (Rev. 14:11a). "For the wages of sin is death;" (Rom. 6:23a). This death is more than just physical death. It is an "eternal burning!"
The Bible says, "But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burns with fire and brimstone: which is the second death." (Rev. 21:8)
